Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and the stage of your application or inquiry. You may receive up to 2–5 SMS messages per week related to your application status, appointments, or account.

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your driver application or account status."

Carriers may charge fees for each message sent or received. These fees vary based on your carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Cusmir Express LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Cusmir Express LLC through one of the following methods:

• By submitting an online form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox
• Verbally, during a conversation with a recruiter or representative
• By filling out a paper form

Opting in is entirely voluntary. The SMS consent checkbox on our forms is optional and will never be pre-checked.
